Ok guys, I found a workaround to the session expired issue in the upload document problem

1. Go to https://shop.celcom.com.my/home
2. Click on the My Account (top right) --> Choose Celcom Online Shop --> Login
3. Enter your phone number, Enter your OTP
4. After logged in, just go to https://shop.celcom.com.my/okyc/preorder-okyc and upload your documents

Trying to directly login/use otp on the okyc is the problem, but logging in throuogh my account seems to be ok. Good luck!

Nope. They went greedy and did not give 98 plan or normal device bundle. I calculated and it was cheaper for me to buy from Apple directly, so I abandoned going with Celcom

Currently paying RM84.80 (Mega 80). They wanted to force me to change to Mega 128+RM10 5G Booster. Not interested.

usually maybe 1-2 days later will have for 98 plan.. this happened to 14 pro pre order last year too.. cheeky greedy celcom

At least Maxis still has the option for a 24 month device bundle contract. Celcom doesn't have that anymore which is BS.

if you wait few days later, they will have. CELCOM forcing users to take easyphone and 128 above. device contract and 98 plan will come later.

Celcom phones are not selling out looks like people are waiting for the device contract option. Their price shown is also a lie since you need to add on the RM10 5G booster. Effectively you would be paying RM128+10, RM158+10 and RM188+10. You do get more data with that RM10, but I don’t even hit my 40GB quota now.

Last yr PO was on 16 Sep midnite initially min at 128 plan, i manage to PO on 18 Sep with 98 plan & received on 26 Sep..

So guys can hold up 2 days for 98 plan.. save RM30/month through out your contract..

After thinking about it.. feels want to cancel last nite PO & wait again for the 98 plan... Just afraid celcom will block me for the plan 98 if i cancel now.. huhu

98 plan as well as device bundle (normal contract) is still not available ofr the iPhone 15 Pro & Pro Max. Really Sialkom. Dah la forced to bundle the RM10 for 90GB also - although it's good value, I have no need for it.

Just called their customer service yesterday regarding this issue.they already confirmed with their promotional officer the device bundle only last to iphone 14 series..no more for 15 series..
