Hey guys i need some advice, i updated my business plan for my company few weeks and i was entitled to receive a Unit of Iphone Max Pro 256GB before the MCO lockdown. Celcom has already updated me last week that my plan already been updated but my phone is still stuck cos they said alot of store has been closed due to MCO. Is that any store i can walked in to collect mt phone instead asked them to deliver for me? cos they cant promise me a date to deliver since MCO might be extended.

I'll wait until it's officially launched plus my EasyPhone plan is only due in Jan and it seems like people might be going for the Pro version instead and I'm only going for 12.

Nope, it won't be extended but you can terminate your contract with penalty and start a new one.

Unless I downgrade my First Gold Plus to First Blue and buy the phone separately.

First Blue is only 15GB monthly but I'm at home most of the time so I'm considering that option.

They can downgrade me after my contract ends, then I'll buy the phone on its own.

Yeah, but according to their table, I can switch to the non Pro version for free in less than 24 months.

The only new items on Celcom is the Apple Watch S6 and SE haha.

No iPhone 12.
