I believe maxis also have similar clause now.. read clause 19

The salesman told me it is due to celcomdigi merged. Whatever offered by digi is similar to celcom

Called them they ask me to wait and no further details why the delay. My plan has not even been switched to the new MEGA. They told me the plan needs to switch first before the phone will be out for delivery

FYI too, my wife ordered 10 mins later than me (same model and colour) and it got delivered on 29/9

I placed order on 23rd @ 11am for iPhone 15 PM 256GB @ Natural Titanium.

Got a message today around 12PM saying that they have switched my plan to the new MEGA.

I straight away logged in to Celcom online store, and found that GDEX tracking number already updated. (When i try to track, the status showing as Pending)

As of now, no official email from Celcom yet saying that the phone has been shipped out. Hopefully the phone is ship out today. Can't wait!

Yes maybe, but case still under investigation not sure what’s going on. I received the order confirmation mail etc, all bills paid to date, no pending contract etc

I finally received my phone today! Glad that i also received the freebies eventho i placed my order on the 23rd. 😁
