I just ordered the iPhone X 256GB using Celcom's online shop on their website. Somehow got the tracking info code 2 hours after first ordering and it says would be delivered in 3 working days.

Can believe ah? I went to Celcom's Bluecube centre earlier and was told I can only do ROI, not promises of when.

Confirmed can believe, it's out for delivery in JB already. Good on Celcom's quick shipping!

Yes, you are right. I used the celcompromo code for an extra RM100 discount even though they said it's only eligible for preorders.

I calculated that I saved RM906.40 on the Celcom Gold Plus plan compared to staying on Celcom Gold & buying the iPhone X 256GB outright at Apple stores smile.gif

If you received the tracking number today, wait til tomorrow before checking

Anyway guys, just a word of caution. I know it’s my fault and all but just bear this warning:

Make sure you select the right colour for your iphone. I just ordered an extra iPhone X for my wife using the online store, but neglected to change the colour to Silver. Only noticed it after paying for it.

The Celcom customer support is powerless to change it saying that whatever you ordered online is cast in stone without room for modification.

So double/triple check your choices before submitting your payment. You can’t change anything after submitting.

Mine is space grey - luckily my wife is ok with space grey, although she prefers silver. We take it as “destined to have the same phone” tongue.gif

Need to wait a bit. I ordered an additional unit on Friday morning, still no tracking number as of now. I'm guessing they process by batches? Or only ship on Monday-Thursday?

Warranty is not with Celcom, but with Apple. As long as within 1 year, can go to the nearest Apple Service Centre to repair/get refurbished set

Really guys, why so much effort going to every Bluecube store. Just buy it at the celcom online store and you would get it next 1-2 Business Day... unless you want to get it through easyphone package la, can’t do anything except get it at bluecube.

Pity you bro. I ordered 3 phones now at different dates and all 3 arrived the next business day (mine, wife’s and sister’s).

Anyway, their system does not update the shipment email the past week, if not you would’ve received the tracking number.

Celcom website crashed hard last night - probably too many people had the iphone 12 in cart, but couldn’t check out properly. I saw it went out of stock last night, but it looks like they have all versions in stock again now - Good luck, and don’t give up!
