I am in Sabah, KK.. I was told celcom has not activated 5G in kk yet and might only be activating next year. A week ago suddenly see 5G on my phone.. so surprised that it came earlier. My friend also on celcom is also having issues like you, he still unable to get 5G where his plan is supported. Ask celcom, they told him 5G not yet available in KK.. He said got friend already using it, then celcom cs told him need physical sim card as he is on e-sim. Well I am on e-sim too.. Celcom cs sometimes really knows nothing and just give whatever excuse they can come up with. Went to bluecube and they try to reset his network? Until now still not getting 5G...

I'm using 14Pro max, my friend also 14 pro max.. not sure what's the issue with celcom.. 5G is not that stable, sometimes I don't get it unless I switch to other sim and switch back...

Anyone got iphone 15 pre order page countdown? I think last year they have a page but it wasn't quite public..

usually maybe 1-2 days later will have for 98 plan.. this happened to 14 pro pre order last year too.. cheeky greedy celcom

if you wait few days later, they will have. CELCOM forcing users to take easyphone and 128 above. device contract and 98 plan will come later.

Don't know why celcom is charging more on the device! Look at the full price for 24 months contract for 15PM. Retail for 6499 and they are charging 6816 which is RM319 more! Which is more expensive!! What is the reason behind this? Last year 14PM retila was 5799 and the price on the first day contract was 5280 which is RM519 cheaper. What is this day light robbery Celcom doing? Is this even legal?

I've been signing plan with celcom since iphone 11 pro. Usually after 12 months of device monthly + 12 month device penalty, it would still be lesser than buying outright of the retail price. But looking at this. Doesn't seems it would be cheaper anymore using this method. I gave my 13PM to family member after upgrading 14PM and so on yearly. damn u celcom.

device monthly is 227 which is 5448 after 24 months. It's still cheaper than buying outright if see out the contract. But won't be cheaper if plan to use 1 year + device penalty.

14PM also easyphone. There is no interest and it should be cheaper than retail.

One good thing is that 5% discount on auto debit. Not like other telco which only offers 6 months or 3 months.

Correct. But it should not be so much more than the retail price for the cancellation. I’ve been cancelling after 12 months and paying the penalty which still result cheaper than buying directly. This would be my last contract with CELCOM.
