hi there. does anyone make order on iphone 14 on celcom website ? it show got stock. DO they ship out immediately we place order or this is alos just pre order. ?

In the night of 6/10, I managed to purchase the 14pro 256 on the Celcom website. I am port in from Digi and taking 98 plan.
The order confirmed on 7/10 but the shipping updated on 11/10 which kind of expected, it was long weekend.
I got my phone 12/10 after lunch by delivery.

Just to share my experience.

Those that no need pay anything are those that has clean record with Celcom for past 5 years.

Correct me If i'm wrong though. Coz my current Iphone11 from Celcom also I just went to Bluecube, they key in something and off I go with my phone. At that time I'm already 5 years with Celcom, no late payment or barred line.

Any one having a success with 5G network at all? I've been everywhere and never once connected to 5G network. Using Lightning 98 and on iPhone Pro Max 13.

I am in Sabah, KK.. I was told celcom has not activated 5G in kk yet and might only be activating next year. A week ago suddenly see 5G on my phone.. so surprised that it came earlier. My friend also on celcom is also having issues like you, he still unable to get 5G where his plan is supported. Ask celcom, they told him 5G not yet available in KK.. He said got friend already using it, then celcom cs told him need physical sim card as he is on e-sim. Well I am on e-sim too.. Celcom cs sometimes really knows nothing and just give whatever excuse they can come up with. Went to bluecube and they try to reset his network? Until now still not getting 5G...

Yeah man, I'm frustrated. Are you using iPhone 13 Pro Max too? E-sim should be eligible as well. Why does it seem to be only selected IMEIs are allowed on the 5G network. Not even once, I'm connected. Maybe you can share your network settings here, and we can compare?

I'm using 14Pro max, my friend also 14 pro max.. not sure what's the issue with celcom.. 5G is not that stable, sometimes I don't get it unless I switch to other sim and switch back...

5G update. I'm now on the 5G network after numerous calls to the technical support team, and also changed from e-sim to physical sim at BLUECube.
