Hi, I am considering to get a type B unit at Tower C under Houzkey. Price is about 950k. I really like the greenery in this area and the convenience they provide. This is my first home and I am buying for own stay. My concern is the entry price seem abit high and worried that we cannot buy a buyer if we decided not to go with it after 5 years (which we may need to pay for the difference in price). Can anyone share your input on this? Appreciate it a lot!

If you have this concern, try get earlier phase. At least easier for you to let go with lower psqft. Later phase higher price higher risk. Try .Check any loan reject unit from earlier phase

Type B at 950k is insane and if you really think to buy a property via Houzkey, then dont buy Tropika.

You only have one advantage that is you can exit anytime you want but your biggest challenge is you enter-in by Houzkey would be a lot more expensive than outright purchase. And it is a lot, a lot more expensive than Tower A buyer.

Not sure if they maintain the same for Tower C, back then Tropika dont offer any discount if you buy with Houzkey compare to 6% discount given to standard purchasers.

Oh wow 950k for Type B under Tower C. Thats insane. Previously i enquired, Type C unit (1300 sqft) at Tower A costed only about 780k after nett rebates / discounts. Didn't know they increased the price that much

If you ok losing around 150-200k after VP can go ahead.

U can find the same unit in link 2 for less than 680k. Why pay so much more??

Sorry I overlooked the discount part. Anyway after discount it's 871k level 9. Do you mind to share how much did you buy?

Sorry I overlooked the discount part and it's 871k after rebate and discount at level 9. Tower C is semi-furnished, comes with cabinets, kitchen islands, airconds, washing machine cum dryer.
