Hey guys, im looking at potentially getting a unit (Type B)

I heard that many of you are buying for own stay

Any TypeA/B buyers feels that the kitchen is a little bit inadequate, and the layout is abit awkward that i cant even put an island in the middle ?

I like how Ryan and Miho's VR unit handles this, but for Tropika it seems to be just slightly too tight, due to the ledge between the fridge and the wall next to the bathroom shower.

Im curious how you guys handle this.

Btw, im also looking for referrals =)

But so expensive buy for investment doesn't make senses right . maintenance also expensive
*
Years ago, ppl saying twin arkz is too expensive, yet maintainance is one of highest among even now.
But just to remark im not comparing twin arkz with tropika. You should do site visit giving yourself some comparison. Not to say which is better also, since u go for ownstay, just grab as long you happy with it

You will be suprise a lot investor here, just try check iproperty or propertyguru, how many pages on market for rental, giving u an example check link2.

My plan is to do it like Ryan & Miho, put a super thin wall behind the fridge (only go up to the fridge’s height). Beside the fridge I’ll put a small island. Then on top of the fridge can have a small cabinet.

Yeah , that's also my initial plan, but if u take some measurements, the island can only be 2/3 the size of Ryan and Miho.

There are a few options im considering

1. Ryan and Miho style
2. Make the island conjoined to the existing to make an L-shape , meaning the hood and hob and sink need to switch places probably
3. Move the fridge to the Storeroom(Type B) somehow, and make a longer island like Ryan and Miho

What are you guy's thoughts ?

This Layout is consider very practical (ID freedom). You can do anything u like actually if u have budget 50k-100k🤣 so it’s not really a worry. Window size small may be a worry thou and that can’t change.

Pm me I can share referral 😉

I don't think it's viable to switch the hood, hob position with the sink, too many moving parts.
Placing the fridget at the storeroom is fine, but then it would be too far from the rest of te kitchen.

Bridge Data Centres to build 16MW data centre in Malaysia

Bridge Data Centres is building a third data centre in Malaysia, which will deliver 16 megawatts of IT capacity.

The data centre facility is located at Bukit Jalil, a suburb in Kuala Lumpur, and is scheduled to go live in Q2 2022.

“We are delighted to have embarked on this expansion journey in Malaysia, which is witnessing an accelerated demand for quality and scalable data centre providers due to digital transformation and cloud adoption across the country,” said Lim Dz Shing, President of Bridge.

“The new data centre will combine with the two existing nearby facilities and form a hyperscale data centre cluster, to provide our clients with a highly scalable and reliable solution in a cost-effective manner.”

Bridge’s two existing data centres in Cyberjaya supports a total IT capacity of 20MW.

“We are extremely proud of Bridge Data Centres’ commitment and their continuous support in Malaysia as it will help propel Malaysia’s progression to becoming a regional data centre hub and reinforcing the nation’s position as the Heart of Digital ASEAN,” said MDEC’s Chief Executive Officer Pn. Surina Shukri.

“While more businesses in Malaysia have started to understand the value of data and the benefits it brings to the local economy, especially in terms of job creations and upskilling of the local workforces, MDEC will continue to inspire digitally-skilled Malaysians and digitally-powered businesses on their data transformation journey.”

Headquartered in Singapore, Bridge Data Centres is a subsidiary of Chindata Group, which was listed on the Nasdaq in September 2020.

I think no referral fee la even if you're an existing tropika buyer.

If got from Berjaya I would have been scouting here also.

Seems like the construction has reached the facilities floor. I passed by the other day, not sure if I counted correctly or not.

Freehold. Go through this entire thread, visit the actual site, and make you own judgement good or not.
