Have you guys visited link2 and km1? Check it out before making decision, i was there with not impressive maintainance environment with sky high maintainance fee from so call well known management company.

You may comoare link2 and km1 (both berjaya) with twin arkz. Link2 some even make few partition into more rooms renting it out for higher rental yield.

Around 40cents was told.

Can pay maintainance since this is high rise expected, but the quality just too bad, rubbish in void area and etc. Kinda dissapointed.

I saw a unit with 5 rooms in link 2, different room tenants inside

Thought this only apply to low mid end product or old product shop lot. Suprise this happen in prime area.

This sublet happen years ago in market, some smart guy they dont even buy but get low rent unit put in partition sublet out, each month each unit easy 1k+ nett profit, imagine on hands 10 or 20 units, not bad what nett profit? And this happen mostly those nearby public transport but old product.

Did the guru explain why the rental not on par? Overprice product?
Did the guru explain when most doing so in same building, eventually CA wont move, so what you earn as an investor years later?

And this road is not near to lrt also, thats why suprise me

Skyluxe alrd so small, why lar making it to even tiny space

Check out his brother link 2 before you decide anything yet.. own stay is good if you can accept his brother. Like this location

There are lots more coming in than above mention surrounding this area.

Try check out the building beside tropika, link 2, is same concept from same developer. If feel good, go ahead for ownstay, a lot investor here in this area

Years ago, ppl saying twin arkz is too expensive, yet maintainance is one of highest among even now.
But just to remark im not comparing twin arkz with tropika. You should do site visit giving yourself some comparison. Not to say which is better also, since u go for ownstay, just grab as long you happy with it

You will be suprise a lot investor here, just try check iproperty or propertyguru, how many pages on market for rental, giving u an example check link2.

Investment wise why dont go for link2? Side by side around 700 psqft only. Size about the same.

Yes. If dont wan make downpayment, discuss with owner or agent lo.. They will guide u. Those urgent to sell will tolerate

If you have this concern, try get earlier phase. At least easier for you to let go with lower psqft. Later phase higher price higher risk. Try .Check any loan reject unit from earlier phase

Price for tower C type B (9xxsqft) higher than tower A type C (13xxsqft), do you think your exit is working to sell off after VP? I have doubt on that.

If go for 100% own stay, price is not an issue as long you like it. No one can tell you what should or not to do.
