Any concern about the refuse chamber in The Tropika? It is in the middle of the building without natural ventilation. I asked the SA, she told me there will be some mechanical ventilation system, but I am not sure if that is believable.

Maybe they will station a security guard at the entrance...Don't have to be a full fledge guard house.

I think type B is very limited now, not sure when they will launch block C and D.

My plan is to do it like Ryan & Miho, put a super thin wall behind the fridge (only go up to the fridge’s height). Beside the fridge I’ll put a small island. Then on top of the fridge can have a small cabinet.

I don't think it's viable to switch the hood, hob position with the sink, too many moving parts.
Placing the fridget at the storeroom is fine, but then it would be too far from the rest of te kitchen.
