Yes. They do. It changed from "rent to own" to lower installments for few years then change back to normal installments after the period. That's what I heard from the SA.

'Lower installement earlier stage, later back to normal', sounds like selling future price to me.

Anyone that can afford the monthly payment should just opt for the normal housing loan, and get the rebate and incentives now.

Price for tower C type B (9xxsqft) higher than tower A type C (13xxsqft), do you think your exit is working to sell off after VP? I have doubt on that.

If go for 100% own stay, price is not an issue as long you like it. No one can tell you what should or not to do.

No offense but this is the main issue why all the developer dare to sell at high price but ppl still buying due to LOW DP and free lawyer fees .
Low entry cost but the price is like selling 2030 years price .

About a month ago. the Unit is about 20+ floors (cant rmb exactly which floor, not near any water tank) facing facilities + recreational park view.

Below 800psf average even buyer opt for Houzekey...

Without Houzekey, much cheaper... Below 750psf by average
