For high court auction, at Kuantan can bid online now.
For public auction, most auctioneer such as Ng Chan Mau, Leong, Ehsan, all able to bid online now. Only Property Auction House not offering online bidding yet and few other smaller auctioneer.

dog cannot borrow, can borrow ah long? in case we need the service
*
Ah long cannot borrow one. Must pay to "rent" them.

Rates are between RM300-1000 depending on what you need done.

"surcharges" apply for Indian with "underworld" connections, some ah longs won't touch them, civil servants especially those with uniform and some may charge you up to double if it is not in their usual area of coverage.

They aren't that difficult to find.

You dont have to be there. Yes, can bid on behalf.
You can authorize anyone to do that. Just need to sign on letter giving authority to the person. And pass a photocopy of your I/C.

And is a banker cheque. There is no originator name on the cheque actually.
If you trust that person, can even ask anyone to do on your behalf provided money is in the bank.

The unit I'm looking at, has digital lock. So, if I were to buy this. Wouldn't I need to change the digital lock, and request new access card from management?

This add on to the uncertainty of the unit internal condition right?

Lets say the market price now rm450k. The reserved price for this unit is rm370k (2nd auction). Is it worth the hassle actually? It's a new project under 3 years.

How long the overall procedure will take until I move in?

Is there any service to auction or bid the house as I'm no good with the procedure?

Huh..
Final price is higher than the last round reserved price..
What the bidder thinking off??? blink.gif
Should have kept it at minimal near to reserved pricing... To get maximum value 😎
