dear sifus,

can i know if 3rd party able to bid on behalf on another owner?

cheque may on owner's name but bidder is 3rd party.
if the property won by him, then any other concern?
or owner himself need to be there?

please advise.

And is a banker cheque. There is no originator name on the cheque actually.
If you trust that person, can even ask anyone to do on your behalf provided money is in the bank.
