The number is actually the department/agency code since all my previous applications showed the same number.

Just submitted application. Already 1000 plus the number. Good luck to all. The competition is tough. I wander how they determine most qualified person to get the unit here.

all the best! there is a tier based system that they use which takes into account you+ spouse total income, how many properties you already own (you + spouse), how close your current work place to the location.

1000 is about 1X, after a month. I guess it has been slowing down as first 500 happened less than 10 days. Maybe end of closing date will hit 2000. Many of my friends don't seem knowing this as well when I inform them. And other states are not really interested. The chance is there, good luck.

I really hope I can get this property. My application for PPA1M Sentul was approved but I turned it down since Sofiya is a better option.

You will only have to pay 2% for the down payment if you take a government loan. The money will then be refunded.

Its ok. Sofia is a better investment than Sentul. You can try apply PPA1M Sentul if you want. It's not highly demanded compared to Sofiya and I think you can easily get that one.
