just double check with SA, not all units can buy parking. which unit can buy is random apparently. Max of 1 extra unit only.

The balloting will be split into different tiers

For example: tier 1 buyer is gaji pokok less than rm10k, first time home buyer.
Tier 2 gaji pokok less than rm10k, not first home... etc

I dont know what is the exact tiering but it should be something like this

If im not mistaken you can keep the property without any problems (Since they also offer to kontrak peeps...) but yeah would be good to have an official answer.
