is it? thought itsr written there 2% on signing snp. then within 2 months the other 8%
*
If I'm not mistaken the 8% deposit will be funded bt LPPSA or they will give you the 10% deposit once the loan gets approved.

perhaps. bukit jalil better than sentul

Bukit Jalil is highly dense. At least Sentul has an LRT station nearby. The only booster in Bukit Jalil is a shopping mall near the proposed apartment am I right?

You will only have to pay 2% for the down payment if you take a government loan. The money will then be refunded.
*
Where did you get this info?

From the website i Read you have to pay 2% first and then the rest 8% in 2 months

Bkt jalil is ideal for those working in kl or Putrajaya. DPC too far if transferred to Putrajaya.

It’s ppl like you who deprive others who really need a home.

There's a quota for first home owner and for those who have more than 1 property. Of course the government will give priority to those who haven't own a house. Plus there's no clause that prohibit government servants who own more than 1 property to apply for it am I right? Plus you can also apply for RUMAW1P which is solely for first home buyer. Smh.

Of course there are several LRT stations in Bukit Jalil. I'm talking about LRT Station near the apartment which I'm not sure there is one.

Not many people will have 30k+++ cash saved away to pay the downpayment though. Especially those who already have 1 property. i may be wrong. Later they withdraw from EPF laugh.gif

Funny, are u in gov sector?
99.99% gov servant no KWSP and By LPPSA is 100% loan with the budgrt 2018 even can include lawyer fee. Mean can get 120% loan for House, additional CP, insurance n lawyer fee.

Gov servant don need 10% to buy house.

I live near the proposed project. The nearest LRT station is Alam Sutera. And definitely not walking distance.

If that's the case I think it's a good option as well since it's also near an LRT Station and shopping mall. Any other boosters around the proposed project? The only problem with the property is it is highly dense.

still have to come out money first. based on my reading previously, usually will take more than the usual 3 months to release money even if everything done right. and if there is some problems with documents, u can expect about 1 month before the documents reached u to rectify it. unless of course improvement in red tapes next year.

But from what i see many government servants are very good in Saving, they definitely can afford the 30k with the secure jobs over years.

Even for own stay it needs to be good for investments. Many ppl got stuck in bad investment with perception of making it as own stay at first place, and end up can only own stay at last place.
