i got offer ppa1m OUG, Rm239,000. But i stopped working gomen 6 months already. Can i still buy it?

As long as you are able to secure bank loan / cash for the unit, I dont think got any problem as you already passed the qualification filter process.
Anything after that is between you and the developer of the project.

By the way, not all applied got it.

i bought ppam seruling in presint 5, putrajaya for rm220k and may get the key in march. heard that there will be sea biggest expo with shopping mall,parks and hotel behind picc and merged together. i wonder was it a good deal for ppam seruling?
