The land is done transferring from gov to the developer than should no problem. If the process still not complete than maybe will hold some time. |

Here the update status for PPAM Brickfields

Untuk makluman tuan, projek PPAM Brickfields akan diteruskan. Urusan berkenaan tanah telah dikemukakan semula untuk kelulusan pihak pentadbir tanah Wilayah Persekutuan. Setelah selesai urusan ini, pihak pemaju perlu mendapatkan Lesen Pemajuan dan Perumahan (APDL) daripada pihak KPKT. Seterusnya urusan menandatangani perjanjian Jual dan Beli di antara pihak pemaju dan pembeli dijangka akan dilaksanakan pada April 2019. Sekian, terima kasih Bahagian PPAM Jabatan Perumahan Negara Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan |
