Yes, but it's somewhat feels like fabricated as well that we have to rely on weather in order to get some suspense in the race which really sounds pathetic.
I really hope that we only get 2 tires choice and teams don't have to use both. Race their hearts out or play the strategy game and do the long boring race.
Really miss those days like what Schumi did once by winning with 4 stops.
It is unfortunate for Vettel DNF as he dominated most part of the race. But I guess this is good to spice up the championship race as Ferrari has the best race car at the moment and can play catching up game. Someone mentioned Ferrari PU has 35kW more than the field, so it's OK, haha.

LH only got a reprimand for the pitlane incident. I think some sort of penalty should be imposed at least to the team. Team admitted they made a mistake which to me is fine but it does not mean they get a free ticket and get away with it. True no advantage was gained and no one was hurt but it was still a dangerous manoeuvre.
Not sure if LM is good, or they are just racing in different tier. All those outside of top 3 teams are not really giving any fight to the top 3. So, even if he starts at the bottom, he can easily finish in top 6.
i dnt think, hes 4 times WC,now its development race by Merc, tryin to catch-up with ERS thing...
no lah, with the 35kW advantage Ferrari having, Vettel should've already lead the championship by huge margin without unforced errors twice (if i remember correctly) this season. These 2 occasion his car was so dominating but he messed up under safety car or slight wet condition. This year's Ferrari performance was like Mercedes's 2014 on straight line speed.

From where you get that 35kw advantage information?
I doubt it's that much. If really that much, Ferrari will be way in front already, even Kimi will be in front of Ham. This kind of difference was happening during the 88-89 McLaren Honda and 92-93 Williams Renault domination era where the difference to the second placed teams were easily over a second during qualifying time. I think in terms of engine power both Ferrari & Mercs are still about on par, or just slight difference.

In spectator's POV, new Hockenheim is better. you can see all the actions.
Yeah but that blast thru the forest on the old track was just more glorious!
