for those who port in to hotlink first, once success can immediately port in ookyo? or there's grace period before can port in to ookyo?

Can immediate. I took a month because I wanted to experiment with some HotlinkMU things, but you can do it immediately. This is for port-in from other telco, I've heard that if from maxis postpaid to hotlink then may be 'freeze' for 30 days. But they can't do that actually, so just complain to MCMC if that happens (of course that complaint will take a while to resolve....)

thanks for sharing, as I read somewhere need to wait for a month before can port in to ookyo from hotlink. Just wish maxis can have similar reps in lowyat forum similar to hotlink/maxis to address any customer issues.

Arguably the worst telco, umobile, are better during grace period. At least they think about it.
Sometimes, the telco just ignore and assume grace period user are not quality user. But they didnt know if we put bigpay prepaid card, they cannot auto charge. So caused so many trouble, they should have first reject the card when we added in the auto renew. Things got worst, when you want to remove the auto renew.

I top up RM31.80, hang. So I top up again. It double charged my credit card. What should I do?

Why you top up?..ookyo renew via online banking..top up for buy add-on..

Leave it there and use for next month bill

Actually I pay Maxispay twice. Not top up. 1st time hang in white screen. 2nd time successful.
But I received 2 receipt in email.

Both U and Digi got better deals. But choice should be network first, deal later. If network is bad no point whatever nice deal you got.

Within maxis network, your choices are Hotlink Red, Hotlink Flex, and Ookyo. Ookyo the cheapest among those, but you lose some fringe benefits (e.g. Maxis deals and actual customer service). If cost not a big concern, go for Hotlink Flex, the ability to just call Maxis CS is quite a big difference. I'm very price-conscious so I'm on ookyo.

Yeah that's why the first priority should be network. I've been through Maxis to U to Digi and now back to Maxis (under Ookyo) over the past decade. Only never did Celcom because it has 0 coverage in my house. Now back on Maxis network because my area (university area) both U and Digi are unusable due to high number of students using.

Anyone know how Fuzzy the chat bot can do?
