Is there any MNP process transferring from Ookyo to Hotlink? Although it's same carrier but I not sure if it's needed. ookyo not working today again, unable to renew, decided to move on with Hotlink Postpaid Flex.
Received the same call from Maxis regarding the promo but it's basically the same lol |

No MNP process..i just port in one number to Hotlink Flex yesterday..since got called from Maxis 123..evening install Hotlink flex app..and see the number has migrated to Flex..Received the same call from Maxis regarding the promo but it's basically the same lol But validity until 24 Jan 2020..weird..and column due is empty.. Anyone having issue with ookyo porting out to other telco? I was told my account need to be active to be able to port out even though i have replied the sms to confirm that i am porting out before the renewal for another month. And have to pay for the full month rm31.80 just to get myself port out is so unreasonable. Worst part no hotline to call to complain, only through the chat app where they take forever to respond. Such an inconvenient telco, going to lodge a complaint with SKMM if they sont get back to me by tomorrow.
