Is there any MNP process transferring from Ookyo to Hotlink? Although it's same carrier but I not sure if it's needed. ookyo not working today again, unable to renew, decided to move on with Hotlink Postpaid Flex.

No MNP process..i just port in one number to Hotlink Flex yesterday..since got called from Maxis 123..evening install Hotlink flex app..and see the number has migrated to Flex..

But validity until 24 Jan 2020..weird..and column due is empty..

Maybe can call no 123..or just wait..still have time until 21 Jan..

Anyone having issue with ookyo porting out to other telco? I was told my account need to be active to be able to port out even though i have replied the sms to confirm that i am porting out before the renewal for another month. And have to pay for the full month rm31.80 just to get myself port out is so unreasonable. Worst part no hotline to call to complain, only through the chat app where they take forever to respond. Such an inconvenient telco, going to lodge a complaint with SKMM if they sont get back to me by tomorrow.

i just realized Ookyo still auto deduct from my credit card since May 2019 although i already turn off the auto reload ..

ported out to yoodo last week without issue, although i had to top-up min rm5 to send 1 sms

check your app if it's showing you as Active? if not, you have to activate it again, that's how it works.. all telco only allows MNP if your current account is active and zero outstanding balance.

Account in grace now but was active when i requested to portout. I complained to MCMC and gonna battle this out. Totally disappointed with them after i have been with maxis for 15 yrs!

What happens if my account is in grace? Will it still auto change to hotlink? I dont wanna pay rm30 to reactivate service just to mnp. This is really blackmail laaaa...

You really should Lodge a report to skmm. Those support fellas only work when they get kicked. Don't waste time waiting. Been there and done that.

For my case, when my account is in Grace I can't port out. The other Telco rep called me and notify me that my ookyo account has to be active in order to port out. As for your case transitioning from ookyo to hotlink, best you contact hotlink rep.

Actually, your account must remain Active throughout the MNP process, not just during request for MNP..

You don’t have to lift a finger – just keep your ookyo active and you will be auto-switched to Hotlink RED on 21 January 2020.
