Anyone using Huawei phone and having issue with their unlimited app? Mine will keep running at full speed and consuming normal quota despite VPN is on and there's the "OK" thingy at Ookyo App. Trying to resolve with customer service but their response is utterly useless 😅😅

Is there any MNP process transferring from Ookyo to Hotlink? Although it's same carrier but I not sure if it's needed. ookyo not working today again, unable to renew, decided to move on with Hotlink Postpaid Flex.
Received the same call from Maxis regarding the promo but it's basically the same lol
