Anyone having issue with ookyo porting out to other telco? I was told my account need to be active to be able to port out even though i have replied the sms to confirm that i am porting out before the renewal for another month. And have to pay for the full month rm31.80 just to get myself port out is so unreasonable. Worst part no hotline to call to complain, only through the chat app where they take forever to respond. Such an inconvenient telco, going to lodge a complaint with SKMM if they sont get back to me by tomorrow.
