The transaction shows up as MBO CINEMAS - I confirmed with CS that the MCC is 7832, so it would be applicable for entertainment rebate using PBB Quantum Visa.

i found the temp solution..you go to your mobile app shopee to remove the credit card..after that use back online to pay using new credit card, then it works. Just that you need to remove credit card if you wish to purchase again using this credit card, or else you will keep getting this error. So you need to keep remove and retype the credit card details again for each purchase

CS cant do anything, they told me your card linked to multiple card, but I told them I confirmed only use 1 account, ask them to check how many and which account linked to this card, they said they cannot reveal this information...

anyone face double transaction before? i called pbb they said will send me a form for dispute but yet to receive. should i go back to the mall and ask for dispute also?

yes happened to me before. mistake was from PBB, not merchant.

ask PBB to check how many transactions captured by their system, for that particular transaction.

if they say captured 1x, then easy to settle. confirmed their billing fault. let them investigate and they would perform adjustment back. funny part: I got extra cb for the duplicate transaction

if 2x transaction captured, could be merchant's fault for double claims. this would be tricky. need to file dispute.

most important now, call PBB and verify how many transactions captured by their system.

i call them but didnt ask for how many time pbb capture my transactions but drg payment the cashier keep on facing problem to process my card and i saw her adjust the receipt paper...payment no big, just no happy. i already lost my cc receipt but still got the ticket receipt and electronic receipt coz using member card.

You mean remove the credit card registered on the system and enter another new credit card? or enter the same credit card again?
