PBB CS told me as long as the transaction required OTP consider online transaction..

Received rejection letter from PBB for quantum cc. Looks like PBB very strict no give face to my outstanding BT on other cards. Even last month i check ccris all is 0 0 shouldnt be a problem

I was rejected by public bank 3 times this year, initially applying for VS then quantum. Suspect this is due to the number of cc I have.

Will just keep on apply until succeed.

How many cc you have? There are ppls holding more than 10 cc

each time failed will have a recent failed application record in the ccris.. so when the next bank officer see a failed application, this will indirectly create a bad impression for them, and they might check your details more..just my 2cents...my advise is dont keep on applying, try it after 6 months..

Actually I purchased my credit report monthly, there is a credit application history section (which include increase in credit limit application and additional card application) but don't have a fail application history.

So this can avoid the limitation imposed by shopee?eg 2 transactions per card per seller per day?

is there a maximum limit for transaction made at shopee per day ?

When i am making my 12th transaction today, i got this error (please see attachment) and i am not able to transact further even using cards that have not been used yet today

Anyone encountered similar issue and how can it be resolved

how did you make your transactions? how many card? how many transactions per card?

I paid with a total of 4 cards, namely A, B, C, D

A - 4 transactions, 2 sellers
B - 4 transactions, 2 sellers
C - 2 transaction, 1 seller
D - 1 transaction, 1 seller

The 12th transaction i tried to do with card D fails, returning the above message.

Tried using card E and F, and the same message pops up.

Any idea what's happening ?

hmm never encountered that since i dont have that many cards to swipe

perhaps try again tomorrow.

for account-level limit, not so sure what is the threshold, if any. perhaps there is 10x or 11x limit per account per day, based on your swipe count today.



on another note, i did encounter whereby 1 of my card only can swipe 1 time, and i couldnt swipe for 2nd time (same seller).

i was suspecting my card (i.e. last 4-digit) is conflicting with another card/user with the same last 4-digit, then shopee detected it as multiple swipes.

not sure, was just guessing on this part since my total swipes was just 3x (2x + 1x) and i cant swipe for the 4th time. i retried the next day, no issue.

I heard the minimum amount for FD to be pledged for all PBB credit card has been revised to 20k. Is it true? Anyone can confirm? How about PB Visa Signature? Also revised to 20k or still remains 30k or 35k?

May be can try the solution proposed by other forumer?

already shared few months back. it should be for lower cards, e.g. quantum/platinum cards.

not sure about VS. nobody asked/shared it. previously was min 30k pledge for VS.
