Can I call PBB and block the website/merchant from charging my card?

Transaction date shows 31st, posting date shows 2nd Sep. I know I did the purchase on payonline on the 30th though.....

You can only stop the auto debit by instructing your merchant to stop. Bank won't be able to help you.

You can cancel the card, then the auto debit no longer applies.

I think if you report card missing (and pay the fine) your replacement card no longer valid for old auto debit (this one not sure, have to check).

If he is still using the card then it’s troublesome to report it as a lost card / cancelling the card.

The easiest way it’s to call up the merchant or write in to cancel the subscription.

i recently applied for pb platinum card.. however they've gave me 2 cards, visa and master card. May I ask if they will charge twice for the annual fee? How likely is PB waiving annual fees?

I think yes. both card will charge annual fee.
But it waived with 12x swipe per year.

didn't realize quantum existed.. i was looking for balance transfer card.. Is it possible to have the cards changed to the Quantum?

I think first year free fee waiver etc..

I suggest you go apply additional card - Quantum. Once approved,
u then proceed to cancel the normal Platinum card.
Quantum annual fee is free for life.

As the cash back pool is much smaller compared to previous campaign, it would be safer to complete all 10 transactions by Tuesday noon. During previous campaign, I always completed 8th transaction on Wednesday though, but the cash back pool was larger last time.

Apart from that, Shopee allows only 4 transactions made via the same card within 24 hours. Therefore, it is impossible to just rely on Shopee transactions for the current RM50/10x campaign. Furthermore, a few unreliable bill payment dealers in Shopee tend to cancel transactions.

One of my PBB credit card - PBB AIA credit card that been charged for annual fee RM150+ gst RM9 on statement date 24th Sept

Called on yesterday night, seeking for waiver request, CS then told me that she will submit for management approval and mentioned this card can be waive on x12 swipe in anniversary year

After few sec, AF request for waived has approved, this is damn efficient I must say

Logged in check the account and there has credit already

I got the week4 full rm50. 10th txn on wednesday...why u guys didn't get it even though completed on Tuesday? It should be due to some txn which not eligible for the campaign and not due to quota finished earlier
