I just activate my public quantum card by setting new PIN, however when I try to made online purchase in lazada the client hang for long and transaction was unsuccessful. But when i use Maybank credit card to purchase, it went thru.

Is it because I never ask them to activate sms or some sort of this? Fist time use their card, feeling they aren't user friendly to customer.

You need to go to PBB branch and link you cc with your online banking acct

So troublesome? The very 1st time I got my cc with public bank I just created the online banking using card number, didn't visit bank. Now its the new quantum card that unable to be added.
Mind to enlighten? I'm trying to add quantum to my existing card too
