Been wonder that is that to apply M2C at card centre get easier to approve? Tried apply at treats fair and booth get rejected (with gap of half year plus). Walk in 1u card centre for cc application, get approved within 2 days. Is that their way of processing is different?

Need clarification from sifus here,
Is it true that new application the interest rate is 18.% p.a? So what happens if I were to upgrade card from gold to platinum? Am I to be tier to 18% p.a still or maintain the 15% p.a? Reason asking i got a pre approved platinum and wandering should I activate it. So now i got 2 M2card. |

QUOTE(moe_01 @ Dec 30 2017, 01:19 AM) Need clarification from sifus here, Yes if you worry about the interest rate then you shouldn't be using CC at all since it will just put you into a bigger debt sooner or later. Keep a habit of always pay off before statement due date.Is it true that new application the interest rate is 18.% p.a? So what happens if I were to upgrade card from gold to platinum? QUOTE(moe_01 @ Dec 30 2017, 01:19 AM) Need clarification from sifus here, New card will become 18% and old card will still at 15%Is it true that new application the interest rate is 18.% p.a? Reason asking i got a pre approved platinum and wandering should I activate it. So now i got 2 M2card. I noticed that because I just add on 2 card premier, the new 2 card premier showed 18% in the statement while my old MAN U VI is 15% But... all the sifu here all right, this doesn't matters when you pay full every month. If you unable to pay full, that also doesn't matter is 18% or 15%, both are also too high, should restructure the spending pattern. |

QUOTE(cybpsych @ Jan 11 2017, 11:33 AM) Transaction Date determines cashback eligibility, i.e. whether you swiped on Sat/Sun or weekday. This is the key indicator. Posting Date determines which monthly cashback quota to be utilized. QUOTE(owj @ Dec 31 2017, 12:14 PM) |

QUOTE(owj @ Dec 31 2017, 12:14 PM) M2 Amex Gold/Platinum only.Transaction date must be on Saturday or Sunday only, eg 30/12/17 and 31/12/17. If it is posted on or before 31/12/17, it will be calculated in your Dec17 cashback (max RM50) But if it is posted on 1/1/18, it will be calculated in your Jan18 cashback (Max RM50). Hi guys. I had a situation whereby my credit card was rejected because of over limit. However my current outstanding balance is still far away from the credit limit. Anyway, here is the summary of my situation:
-Total credit card limit: RM5000 -Outstanding balance for Visa: RM200 -Outstanding balance for AMEX: RM800 -Installment using AMEX: 1)RM100x12months(9 months left) 2)RM100x24months(22 months left) -Recent rejected attempt to purchase: Installment of RM110x24months. Anybody can help me why does this happen? Do I have to increase my credit card limit first to make the purchase? |

QUOTE(hitamlegam @ Jan 1 2018, 08:44 AM) Hi guys. I had a situation whereby my credit card was rejected because of over limit. However my current outstanding balance is still far away from the credit limit. Anyway, here is the summary of my situation: you should take account of the remaining installment whereby it reserved the available CL.-Total credit card limit: RM5000 -Outstanding balance for Visa: RM200 -Outstanding balance for AMEX: RM800 -Installment using AMEX: 1)RM100x12months(9 months left) 2)RM100x24months(22 months left) -Recent rejected attempt to purchase: Installment of RM110x24months. Anybody can help me why does this happen? Do I have to increase my credit card limit first to make the purchase? i roughly calculated 200+800+900+2200= 4100 used. the purchase attempt of 2640 would definitely fail. to increase, either fill up form to get permanent increase (subject to approval), or CDM/IBG extra money into the card (defeating the purpose of doing installment at the first place). temporary CL increase may not work as this is not emergency need, but you can try. |
