Very hard to use remote with both of them. Had to use a mouse or cursor apk which is troublesome.

Purposely made that way to hinder you from using the apps on TVs, so that you continue to use set top box.

becos the app is built for mobile devices, touch screen where u touch, swipe, etc.

if yr remote has a mouse pointer function, still ok.

just set yr favorites..., homescreen, go to all channels, select favorites tab...

Tanix TX6 can't use Astro Go, It says rooted. Magisk manager apk freezes at loading screen. Anyone can help?

You have wrong idea about Magisk.

Magisk cannot work by just installing Magisk Manager. You have three options :-

1. Install Magisk properly.
2. Unroot properly.
3. Find a AstroGo apk which does not perform root checking.

if u fail with all the advices and suggestions, don't waste any more of yr time struggling with it.

just get a tx3mini android7 for rm105, close root, be done with it.

u can also do it with many other boxes but will cost more, some a lot more.

NjoiNow will be decommissioned on 30th September 2019.. same like AstroGo on the LG TV.. potentially 8.2.6 might be decommission as well.. tough luck for mibox/google widevine L1 box users.. u might need to find 2ndary box cheap2 one with Google L3 only.. i recommend TX6 at least 4gb ram.. Tx3 mini well, the 2gb ram and s905w really are pain in the a$$..

yes, mibox s with ATV os has that judders problem... no one knows if future versions will work fine.
