You story is a bit long, but I figured that your answer is that the GT king being L1, has no problem with of lagging AstroGo.

So the L1 hypothesis is wrong. Period.

we have reports of mibox-S which is ATV L1 having judders with LIVE HD channels.

i have same judders with my tv ATV L1.

just haven't read anyone using ShieldTV, also ATV L1, saying that... yet.

if that happens, perhaps we can conclude there are variations of L1, fake L1, etc.!! laugh.gif

Edited: Sorry, saw the post regarding AstroGo being removed.

Any idea how to login from LG TV browser? The AstroGo site seems to not load correctly, can only login through facebook but somehow my account is not linked properly.
Wish to login via email but the boxes are missing.

Meaning Astro login page is not.compatible with the LG TV browser. Try using other browsers.

Excuse me, this AstroGo on LG store, it is same look-and-feel as 8.2.6 or it is same look-and-feel as the latest AstroGo ?

Still got login difficulty with this reappeared AstroGo ?

What is the point having an app which cannot be login into and use ? devil.gif

looks like the protests/noise won... they put back the old v8.2.6 for the tv appstore.

question is for how long will they allow 8.2.6 to be used...

I don't know about the versions, LG's AG app version is 1.0.15 in settings, shown as 1.0.16 on LG store.

Astro Hi. Due to the removal of the Astro Go Smart TV app on the LG store, the Astro Go apps that were already downloaded by users are inadvertently removed from the TV. The issue has been resolved now and LG support team have restored/reinstated the Astro Go application in the LG store. Please try to switch OFF/ON LG smart TV.
However we regret to inform you that effective 30 September 2019, Astro will be decommissioning the Astro Go Smart TV app on LG Smart TVs. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we would like to thank all our customers for their great support. ^Aida
