QUOTE(dadah @ Jul 1 2020, 08:53 PM) how come my astrogo stream picture quality not good. Tried their hd channels and it is not on full hd. I am on unifi 800mbps. Their streaming quality is never been excellent. They can use the excuse that "Astro Go uses adaptive streaming, faster internet speed means better picture quality, bla bla bla" as if like other OTT services like Netflix don't use adaptive streaming, yet Netflix's picture quality is way better than what we see on Astro Go, and they even have UHD quality streaming with HDR. Astro Go do have HD quality streaming to viewer's devices, but it doesn't look like Full HD at all cuz very likely they set the video bitrate much lower to save bandwidth from their server side.

i try to plug a mini pc to my samsung 4k tv and use google chrome browser to watch astro go, i think the pic quality is a lot better than my beelink gt king. i cannot detect what exactly the resolution but from my observation for the HD channel shall be 1080p quality. But problem is some channel especially live football it seems every 10 or 15 second it will have a small circle like buffering at the middle of the screen, quite annoying actually but the solution is i click play from start after the football match start for 2 min like that instead of directly watching the live. Wonder is there anyone else have same experience that have a better solution?

QUOTE(vinothrao84 @ Jul 1 2020, 09:31 AM) Hello, firstly u need to unroot the device. By default its rooted. There's a built in switch to unroot but that doesn't work some how. Open Root Browser app then navigate to /system/xbin You will find a file with name "su". You need to rename this file to something else that you can remember in future to undo. example suBLA. Then restart your device. Then open Root Checker app to verify its unrooted. That's it. To watch AOTG, download the latest version from either PlayStore or APKPure app. then follow this step https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=96474001Cheers Hi there, how do I reverse this? Once unroot, is it possible to root back? I tried few methods to root but I couldn’t.

I couldn’t access the same file now. I used ES explorer. There was root column. Now it’s no more. I lost all the original contents of the box. 😭
