@Cosmiczone : name added and welcome here . Any problems so far ?

guys , i recently facing wireless problems on my 6400 . i hardly can connect to wifi when i m in wifi area ... I try to uninstalled the wifi driver and reinstalled it on the spot and it cant solved my problems ....looks like i gonna flame dell again and ask for troubleshooting tongue.gif

sometimes wifi is not our hardware problem but the wifi access point itself.

I have experienced such problems.

Change all components also still not working

then suddenly 1 fine day, the wifi just started working edi.

i also think like tat , coz it is limited access when i hav connected to it doh.gif

sure ....nice spec wif nice price ...in term of stability and quality , i giv 3.8 / 5 ....

warranty support great + great customer service .... unless u dont like Dell and u think that it is very cheapo at the beginning , u can hav a try and i promise u , u will like it .... laugh.gif laugh.gif

overall ar , it is quite worth the price

Nice for me,my rating 4/5.Just abit too bulky and heavy for me.Compare to other brand like asus,acer,toshiba,hp,compaq,sony,etc.

so far so good except the button of the touchpad compared to other laptops...
another thing is that, not so satisfy with Home Basic

around 3kg+...yes! it heavy! just grap x1400.... thumbup.gif for me its pretty useless if u didnt upgrade the gcard....

get truelife .....

it is glossy LCD and it is very nice if u use it for light gaming and movie biggrin.gif

current spec is 512mb ram. given a choice, will you get another 512mb to do dual channel OR get 1gb to have 1.5gb.

em, is 1.5gb sufficient for vista? thanks

get another 1gb .....it can also run dual channel ...i done it b4 d...

i hav run it for 1week+ and it show dual channel on the CPU-ID there

sufficient ? depend on how u use it .... if u run aero on it , it may juz enuf only ....but then if u switch it off , it is sufficient enuf .... laugh.gif nod.gif nod.gif
