Which point being diverted? Still the same point bro... linked bridge really is a factor to takes in as for investment. If really targeting properly who taking MRT it’s really a great advantage to having the linked bridge as a shelter from sun & rain. If really ignore the linked bridge then there’s so many more other option than E9 lo. I really don’t feel comfortable for the density mixed up with affordable homes & walking distance. But different people different preferences & choices la. This is my own investment considerations.

u read back my post... im talking about affordable housing vs normal housing... if affordable housing selling at 900sqft 3 rooms less than 300k... what makes you think yc3 wont affected...? ppl will choose to rent affordable housing because for your 2 rooms rental rate... they can get bigger size also... its all in the same area... less than 500m radius bro... what makes u think only e9 will affected? distance to mrt? for cheaper option and bigger option... walk further also doesnt really matter bro in msia context... confused.gif confused.gif

yea lo... rental and cap appreciation.... have to look at how u play also... for me... the supply is needed... if not both retails of yc3 and e9 also die straight2... both are actually influencing each others to grow further at the location... just 100m apart... u say wad e9 high density yc3 low density... doesnt make sense.... yc still gt phase 1 n phase 2.... so its the same... aster there sure win in term of rental because no other direct linked mrt project there... annex for me is soxxi project... not direct linked but expensive like hell... how to get good ROI....

i think my fren got encountered few random checking cases for rsku... but so far no official news shown about it yet.... but anyhow... wherever have affordable housing... the whole area sure gt affected regardless of which projects... lol
*
Interesting. How do they check on the units? Do they pick a floor and go door-to-door or do it for the entire project door-to-door? hmm.gif

Feels like an invasion of privacy and the RSKU acting like big brother to monitor each and every unit when its done at random, especially when you paid for the unit with your hard-earned money. This is one of the reasons why I avoided 'affordable' housing.

according to my friend... this is what they did... randomly picked a few units in that project alone... and perform random checking... but im quite unsure on how they check on spouse when the owner is not at home... maybe check wedding cert kot...? hmm.gif hmm.gif

Maybe for certain people like you would choose the house but never consider the linked bridge as a factor. But I can assure majority takes in the linked bridge as consideration too. If not because of the linked bridge then we still have many other options better than Guocoland. So why need to squeeze with 2.6k high density with Rumah Mampu Milik?
*
this is where you got me wrong.

never choose a property strictly bcos of the link bridge.
and from what I read, this is your investment property, and not for your own stay. Good luck bro.

property in this price category never low density. you can categorise by developer or section, but overall, its still massive. you simply cant draw a line say, mine is U3, low density. bcos ppl don't see it this way, ppl will see everything (e9, affordable housing, U1 to 3 plus empty land beside U3) as ONE PIECE OF HIGHRISES.

Anyone bought a unit here? The price doesn’t justify. Studio design seems odd and the 2+1 rooms only provide 1 parking.

I was there too. Only the actual 3 rooms comes with 2 parking and is front and back type.

If getting as a studio for own stay do you think is ok? Or Parkland better?
