Hey guys. Im new here. Looking & surveying for MRT projects. Been to Aster, Netizen, Saville, E9 & U3. For investment purpose, main concerns is the pricing & amenities. Prefer with direct linked bridge as too many advertised MRT projects but not all have direct linked bridge so I believe direct linked bridge has it's advantage & potential for better investment return. What do u guys think? Any recommendation?

But E9 doesn’t seems like they able to build a direct linked bridge. But always heard different version of linked bridge from the sales team over there. Some said direct linked to MRT, some said linked to U3 & some said stop half way at the pedestrian walk way near U3. So which one is true & has gotten the approval?

If U3 really factored the linked bridge into their price but still comparable with E9 then why choose E9 without direct linked & 400m walking distance? 🤷🏻‍♂️

When launch? From the APDL board stated total 810 units. Sure will be very competitive with E9 own units. I believe Guoco sure will restrict the usage of the affordable homes. Maybe not allow to do renting or AirBnB as they also have exsiting 1.8k units + hotel. Pengsan wei doh.gif

Don't think the developer will have much say on that.

As for the residential blocks in this project, then, yes, could be a possibility, but also depends on the JMB's view of this.

If no restriction then E9 GG already. They sure sell lot cheaper than E9 & will rent out cheaper then E9 investor can tapao already bye.gif

Maybe for certain people like you would choose the house but never consider the linked bridge as a factor. But I can assure majority takes in the linked bridge as consideration too. If not because of the linked bridge then we still have many other options better than Guocoland. So why need to squeeze with 2.6k high density with Rumah Mampu Milik?

Which point being diverted? Still the same point bro... linked bridge really is a factor to takes in as for investment. If really targeting properly who taking MRT it’s really a great advantage to having the linked bridge as a shelter from sun & rain. If really ignore the linked bridge then there’s so many more other option than E9 lo. I really don’t feel comfortable for the density mixed up with affordable homes & walking distance. But different people different preferences & choices la. This is my own investment considerations.

If for own stay E9 more spacious & comfortable. But for investment I think U3 better as its layouts much more practical & with 2 car park. So it’s all depends what purpose you’re buying for? By the way, anyone know what’s the package now? They not in HOC but offer free MOT too right?

If you’re following my posts, my objective is crystal clear. For investment purpose. E9 not my cup of tea but I will recommend to my friend who looking for own stay. If there’s another ideal investment project sure I’ll go for it. Loan only maa bro no problem. But in fact I’m damn poor. If wan pay high downpayment sure tapao lol 😂

Now market trend changed already bro. Last time property selling quite cheap that’s why less practical. More on lifestyle & comfortable living. Now property price increased but market affordability became lower. So now market for own stay prefer for cheaper price but more rooms. That’s why many bought U3 because the practicality for 3 & 4 bedrooms in 1k sf.
