OSK ppl say Emerald 9 link bridge have to pass by You City 3 mall to go to MRT wor, is it Emerald 9 just borrow You City 3 pedestrian bridge connecting from You Vista?

From what I see at site from the highway, U3 hoarding all the way to the longkang next to the highway. How is E9 going to build a link bridge? Above the longkang? I am really curious.

I want to ask, MRT train really give out radiation? First time hear such bs from SA. If commuter everyday travel on MRT to KL, very fast get cancer lo. Guocoland really need to resort to this kind of level to sell?

They say because the train slow down and speed up near the MRT station, there more radiation. But if nearer to Emerald 9, the train very fast already. So the radiation just flies pass. Someone need to give training to Guocoland SA. Maybe some classes in Physics 101.

From what I see, only OSK can show how the link bridge will connect. E9's plan keeps changing, suddenly connect into u3, suddenly long bridge in front u3 mall (which btw, the road in front u3 still belongs to OSK). When can E9 finally admit they can't build direct link bridge?

I get what you mean. Now Kokoland say maintenance low, but later when hand over to JMB sure sky rocket cause so many facilities to maintain. I think also pening already.

Not saying osk wont increase. But based on the amount of facilities kokoland give, very unrealistic to maintain at RM0.33 psf. At least OnSK isn't over-promising.
