Anyone bought a unit here? The price doesn’t justify. Studio design seems odd and the 2+1 rooms only provide 1 parking.

Visited U3 but the SA seems so action and tak layan, and their the showroom interior a bit uh hmm.
Ended up booked a 650sqft unit with E9 and just signed SPA. Hopefully it is a good buy la. Anyone else bought it? |
