oh ~ how much Mezzo 6 selling there?
How come your house leaking? Sue the contractor n get some money to pay for your systems tongue.gif hehehe.

------------
mikapoh ~ I never wanna get consumer brands player especially Sony. Panny is still ok lah if no choice. If got choice, I will always go for better stuff from the hifi brands.

Sony ~ had many complaints from customers oredi .service is poor n expensive .. panny so far not much complaints ...but gotto really try out the panny BD Player before u buy ..dun based on review ..see for urself n make sure u can test it out with your LCD or plasma or projector .see the end results ...

I tried it once at a customer's house using panny HDMI player on his full hd lcd by phillips ..the output is terrible ...so use back the old dvd player running component n it's so much better.....

so always test before u buy.

So far my Panny BD30 on Panny 50" Full Hd give very good PQ. Even on 'ahem ahem' DVD ( D9 )after upscale to 1080p also very good PQ can see 'hair'! tongue.gif
As for Denon BD I read somewhere ( forget where already ) that it is choosy on the DVD.....must be good quality wan or else will 'stuck'. No sure about this so may be u can post up ur review on Denon BD player when using 'ahem ahem' DVD!!! biggrin.gif

Where got original BD DVD? Do u mean ripped BD DVD? That still considered ahem dvd.

I bought ripped BD dvd and play into Sony 708. The player does wonderfully in upscaling to my Panny plasma. The result is much closer to original dvd. The surround is great too. The best thing is this player has no problem in reading dvd5.

Original BD cannot be copied at the moment.
The ripped BD DVD is just a D9.
So if u r using BD Player to play ripped BD (D9), then might as well you save the money and just buy a HDMI DVD Player (RM249 - 500) coz it's just playing D9.

Get BD player, make sure u utilize it by playing the REAL BD DVD usually cost RM 80 above per disc. Get from Amazon.com or some kaki in lowyat here.

Still a lot of people ..even some electrical shop salesman thinks BD ripped is BD. Trying to argu with you when you tell them it's D9. That's why, when you go to electrical shops, you get funny answers from those sales people....like plasma is gas and lcd is liquid n plasma gas can leak ....etc smile.gif

HDDVD - Toshi A30

Rear speaker - Denon scm 90 (My first speaker. need to be upgrade)
Center - Atlanta (Jalan Pasar brand) (need to be upgrade)
