QUOTE(lanusb @ Sep 25 2019, 12:58 AM) sad thing, installed the sx8200 pro m2 nvme in my hp envy x360, always have bsod twice or thrice a day. Already raised RMA ticket, now waiting the ssd send back to Taiwan. I guess either my laptop not compatible with this ssd or just my luck faulty ssd. PS: already tried everything check ram, graphic card, reinstall drivers, fresh format, replace with Kingston ssd no issue on Kingston. Actually this thread can find many Adata SX8200 pro users, some of them has minor issue. Supposedly it’s bugs free like any SSD. This post has been edited by Benefon: Sep 25 2019, 07:09 AM

Getting Started

|
Guys, please advise some recommendations.
I'm facing random bsod, and I think the culprit is my hdd. Setup is about 3-4 years old. I'm planning to get an ssd for OS.
My setup, i3-4160, Asus H81M-K. So I think I can only look at Sata port.
Taking budget into consideration, I'm looking at Kingston A400 (Cycom, 240gb at MYR140). Any inputs from sifu? Thanks in advance.

Magical software for Samsung only. If Samsung OEM like PM series without any support. For me Samsung is stable without any missing windows files.

hey guy, just would like to get a confirmation. im currently using Asus prime a320m-k, and the spec stated as -
AMD Ryzen™ Processors : 1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)
Look like it should able to fully utilize XPG SX8200 PRO ?
