3000 landed vs ten of thousand of highrises there.

if landed so much promising, then there wont be any lelong units for landed in cyber already

I do remember that a few lelong houses kena sapu from the lelong market after 1-3 rounds if I recall correctly. Seems like their holding power not as strong plus take time to sell landed ma. Think Cyber’s landed might still have a bit hope

And their flagship developer needs to resource to sell super cheap landed to clear their land.....

And current ready units didnt register any appreciation for fhe past 3 to 5 yrs.

Play catching up already a hurdle.....somemore looking for hope...

yes agree. Crime happens everywhere. But it made bad place such as cyberjaya even worse. Everytime I drive in cyber, need to be really careful cause the foreigners (esepcially arabs and africans) there drive like monkeys. Even a friend of mine ( a lady) who own a unit in cyber was harrassed and disturbed by foreigners in the elevator. The highrise there is not a safe place to stay. Just skip cyber.

One of my sister is a lecturer in one of the uni in cyberjaya. Many of those monkeys foreigner students came there not to study. They are there just to have the visa to stay in Malaysia. She even told me how dumb and rude they are based on their assignments, exams, the way they communicate and alot more.

There were some issues involving titles too. When i was in OCBC, i could not finance some properties in Damansara Perdana because title wasn't given after 10 years. Just checking, is the "man" involved with CyberIa Smart Homes? I have a feeling that it has - it has the "man's" vibe. Personally, after seeing so much, I have (personally) banned the "man".

I made a mistake of viewing one landed developer's show unit, a 3-story corner terrace house in Cyberjaya by the "man". We came back asking "why the hell was it designed that way?" Imagine this. The ground floor where the parking garage is at is meant for the maid and kids room. It was cramped, felt like office cubicle. The 1st floor was much better, but we would have to climb up the stairs before joining the living room. Kitchen is on this floor. Felt like an apartment. 2nd floor is where it is at, but it is way too high up for us, even for someone in our early 30s. Not worth having our main bedroom in the 3rd

The intermediate units were also too narrow. Felt quite claustrophobic when i was in it

I don't personally hate the "man", but I wouldn't touch his properties with a 10-foot pole.

But cyber is the record holder for murdering n second degree murder by foreigners.

IF we have blanket banned of africans from certsin countried i think it could improve the situation.

Bought already. but not in Cyberjaya. A landed corner in Dengkil - Serinia City. SD makes more sense, most of their city developments mature into a good city down the road, because do actual town planning. There will be a mix of highrise and landed units.

Cyberjaya was initially developed by Setia Haruman, but was then handed off to eight different developers if I am not mistaken. This is why you see a miss-match of development in Cyberjaya, with different developers given different lots and trying to maximize profits. It has "strayed from its original aim of becoming an IT hub".


1. "There are problems with indiscriminate littering, doubts over safety, as well as reckless driving on the roads" - no traffic but stupid Cyberjaya-based drivers causing plenty of accidents

2. “Take a drive along the main road of Cyberjaya, and you will see plenty of rubbish, an unkempt and untrimmed landscape..." - MPS no money for Cyberjaya upkeep because owner-investors don't have money to pay the cukai pintu

3. "...and worse, mobikes (mobile bicycles) left everywhere. Students just use them and throw them around as though the bikes belonged to them." - same thing is happening with the electric scooters

Sigh.

despite all the shit happened and still happen in cyber. The investors/fanboy of cyberjaya keep on defending it lol. I have a friend who lives in cyber and he die die saying its a good place to invest. until now. icon_idea.gif maybe some of them cannot accept the fact that they have lost money in cyber, so must drag others too brows.gif

Good place to invest or stay? Anyway I don't think cyber lovers have evil thinking la. If don't like no one force u to come and purchase. Just don't understand why u also can't accept that we love this place.

Its good that you love that place for you. Just dont die die defend IF got potential purchaser asking and other forumers informing/warn them what are the risks coming if they purchase there.

I won't stop if ppl warn them on not making money. Just also be open when other ppl say its a livable place and it's nice. Not blindly keep harping on one development as not livable.
