Cheap lelong unit in the market.
Most studio unit sold at around 200k in the lelong market. But i think this is a 1 bedroom unit.

only if someone here shows the AFTERMATH of the 24hr bookstore, then you can insert that its a world class status with 1st class customer mentality.
penang has a 24hr library.

am not jealous about who makes money and who doesnt. its part and parcel of property investment journey. but i sincerely doubtful that whoever that still holdingn on to any cyber property todate can say that they are making (more) money as compared to other places.

Likely. The following series of events may contribute positively to CBJ future.

1. HSR cancelled
2. Bandar Malaysia project to be reviewed

I thought it's the opposite of what U expecting ? If not Y are there so many auction properties selling at upto 50% original launch price ?

Went to dpulze just now ,very well choice of shop and so many options for food.but still cant beat setia alam mall.

This is because of the management team.. one shop close another one coming in directly.. and open and close will be regular until it meets the local needs.. very success mall.. a lot success than many so call ong area.. like one of the kiddie up there said why so many lelong.. like other place no lelong.. and kiddie also ask why decades still not ong.. every year sure got a new born kiddie like this appear in cbj thread

maybe better than most 450sqft studio in cyberjaya.

setia mall so good meh? very neighbourhood mall only.

the lot previously occupied by dragon-I opened already or not? been vacated for so long already.

Opinion must be balance and not bias even i own landed in cj and investor should know to differentiate constructive and baseless critics. Dpulze specialty more on foods , lack of well known clothing retailer like hnm and uniqlo. But i am happy with the choice.

What u said earlier is true, cj has lot of auction due to wrong product,crazy pricing and lot of same product.its not the place anymore like what it used to.

actually hor, these days smaller 'shopping malls' better concentrate on eating stalls good enuf already (and gym and fitness or wellness centres).
other non food retailers cyberlovers can go to ioi mall nearby.
