Not fire sale but from dev,last unit already.

Actually i love the big pool and its a stone away from king henry school.

Feels like living in a resort.

No la act the unit price is 1.08m but the snp price is 1.6m,90% is 1.4.

Went to dpulze just now ,very well choice of shop and so many options for food.but still cant beat setia alam mall.

Opinion must be balance and not bias even i own landed in cj and investor should know to differentiate constructive and baseless critics. Dpulze specialty more on foods , lack of well known clothing retailer like hnm and uniqlo. But i am happy with the choice.

What u said earlier is true, cj has lot of auction due to wrong product,crazy pricing and lot of same product.its not the place anymore like what it used to.

I just rented out my intermidiate terrace unit in symphony for 4.8k to a teacher from UK working in kings henry college. I roughly spend about 60k for all the furniture,lights,electronics, paint job, aircond. Previous month i thought can only get 4k. And its 2 years contract. So for me market still ok for landed in symphony, not too sure for other developer project.
