Tamarind Square finally seeing some progress in occupancy:

1) Village Grocer - renovation in progress


2) Book Excess - renovation partially complete

3) Morning After Cafe - opening next week.


4) A few more F&B (local fusion, chinese and mid East) - renovation in progress.

When do we see most tenants will be in biz? 3 months time? After raya?

I think we need to find a way to monetize this thread. This thread has more life than Cyberjaya

No, I'm not in charge of retail lots. Just happened to check out the YZen Yogurt store and speak to some of the workers there.

There are already a few companies operating there, an architect, a travel agency, a fashion retailer, an IT company, etc. The dentist is also opened already as well as the the childcare centre. Other than the ones i mentioned above, there is a club/restaurant with rooftop view (almost ready), MyNews (undergoing renovation) and a self service Laundry.

I think we can rest assure that once Village Grocer is up and running in 2-3 months time, more retailers will be opened by then.

He is the Gov now and all these while he resides in Cj also near the lake.

MEX 2 is cutting through middle of Cyberjaya ( behind IBM ) and construction is ongoing well. No direct intersection for Cyberjaya.

Cyberjaya growing to world class city soon.. very healthy growth.. 24 hrs books store.. first in Malaysia.. bravo..

In order to enter Cyberjaya, exit at putrajaya toll as current.

The daddy of cyber is back to nurture the child he left behind....

Sorry not child anymore...its adult now.....free on its own.

Daddy can't do much if cash strapped. Cyberjaya will grow on its own when more residents here.
