Is is normal getting new jobs when still haven't drop off passenger? It caused my AR to nose dive.

How to know PAX and DAX rate?
My cancellation rate still show 0.00% So far I haven't cancel a single time but many from PAX..not my fault also..how ar..Newbie here. |
