their old bank account also got frozen then opened a new one.

they are even using the same (almost) status updates from last years issue lol.

Many people want to buy coins from other exchanges and transfer to Luno to sell at higher price and make an instant 20-30% profit. Do you think that make sense ? You can sell as high as possible and keep the money in Luno wallet but you can't cash out. Luno is being investigated by IRB and their account is frozen now. There is no way you can withdraw your money from Luno until IRB cleared Luno. You can only cash out your money via coins to other exchanges but you can only sell at market rate which is 20-30% lower than Luno price. Luno issue will not be solved in 1-2 weeks time and it will take longer. I am also stuck in Luno to be honest! mad.gif

You can sell high but you can't cash out. That is the biggest problem. At the monent, you can only withdraw through coin which you will need to buy back.

Can we do withdrawal from Luno now? The last I hear is it was in investigation by LHDN and no withdrawal to Maybank. Can I withdraw to other bank instead?

can... but i think it is due to Luno did not comply to the statutory requirement to file the tax submissions

IRB will request a lot of documents from Luno and us if you file a complain. We can't do much actually, just wait for Luno to settle and i believe once settled, the price will not be 77k. It will drop back to market price.

Get the deposit link/qr code from the other exchange and send it from ur wallet..
Where are u sending from and to?

open a binance account. move your eth or btc to binance wallet. Then you can buy other coin.
Else, if want to withdraw to MYR to local bank, you can open remitano account and sell there. Please expect loss as luno price is too high and did not follow market value.

So everything is cleared on luno ? Do Luno trader need to pay tax after this ? How about those in other exchange. Like this everyone wont use luno anymore.
