After the news of Luno being investigated by LHDN. I've tried to get help from Luno but no replies all this while. I've just did a withdrawal from the app and hope that I will get my withdrawal to bank account soon.
Can anyone confirm we can withdraw from Luno? |

I have selected for withdrawal of my bitcoin funds a few days ago and the funds have not tranferred to my account yet. Is Luno still suspended for such transaction or they're operational now? What do I do if I don't receive the return of the funds? Make a police report?

Can we do withdrawal from Luno now? The last I hear is it was in investigation by LHDN and no withdrawal to Maybank. Can I withdraw to other bank instead?

Yes, would prefer to withdraw money but it seems we can't withdraw from Luno to any banks due to the issue.

Is it confirmed that next week, we can transfer cash back to our bank account?

Luno message to transfer payment is revised everyday saying tomorrow. They are already having negative news and they still resort to such low tactics.
It even gets the public to watch out for them. At least they could keep us updated and giving us tentative dates for this. |
