Seen from the comment in playstore, many ppl complain the charge is very high, any active luno user can verify?

So their previous statement posted on 15 Dec is a COMPLETE LIE !

"Note that your funds — digital and local currency — are safe. All other services remain unaffected. You can still use Luno to buy, sell, trade, send, receive and store digital currency."

I'm looking at a capital loss of over RM 5K if Luno does a "Mt. Gox". I should have transferred out all my coins on the first day of buying the coins. This is looking to be an expensive lesson for me.

I am  thinking seriously to transfer some of my bitcoin to coinhako because i can withdraw money from there.also coinhako is a singapore based company.the problem with luno is that they are quite slow in responding to customers queries.like coinhako they promised to respond all queries in one day

same here for me.. transferred ETH from Luno to Blockchain wallet. Took a short while to complete and
it finally showed up in my Blockchain wallet.

Check your luno transaction page, there should be a record stating transfer fee at xxxx

Eg. Line1 - Send BTC 0.1
      Line 2 - Send BTC fees 0.0xxxx

checked etherscan it says:
Actual Tx Cost/Fee:
0.0010647 Ether

Blockchain wallet still show exact amount though

Yes it is crazy (Welcome to Bitcoin Core, though some will find ways to justify it's the address this that. You don't need this 'justification' for the likes of LTC, Dash, Bitcoin Cash). Though I've seen someone mentioned he/she managed to transfer out of luno with zero fee lately. Not sure how true that is. It'd be interesting to find others who have really transferred out with 0 fee lately (anyway, for the record this was available back in October for a short period of time).

Don't use paypal. You will get chargeback after months.

Don't use it. NEVER... trust me

If you sell btc via paypal and they pay you paypal. The buyer has the right to perform dispute chargeback and you have to provide proofs to show you have delivered (Must be physical goods. Virtual items even services are hard to be proved).

Paypal will sight to the buyers and charge back you the amount you taken from your paypal and you owe Paypal.

I have just created eth recieved add on luno to transfer from remitano... but got error message on remitano "contract address is not allowed". What did I do wrong?

Why ETH dont have the exchange screen? I enabled the ETH wallet but it doesnt have the exchange feature like btc? i dont want to use the instant buy/sell function.
