Just saw in the Luno app price for ETH is still at RM6149.00 but in USD is at USD997 @ RM3942.11 (1 USD = RM3.95). Any idea why there is such a huge discrepancies between the currencies?

Willing buyer willing seller. The same with all other exchange. Why is there price differences between exchanges? Then next thing you come up is can i buy in exchange A and sell in exchange B. Answer is yes, but does the buy sell profit cover your fees and commissions. If yes, you have profited from a strategy called arbitraging.

This is one of the reason why prices differ. The volume in Luno vs in Bittrex is also different. Hence it drives different trade patterns but why overall the same, go back to arbitraging rule. If it profit, do it.

I have selected for withdrawal of my bitcoin funds a few days ago and the funds have not tranferred to my account yet. Is Luno still suspended for such transaction or they're operational now? What do I do if I don't receive the return of the funds? Make a police report?

Hi Kimberly, it really means a lot to have someone from Luno reaching out to the people on the ground looking for news.

I have a question, since the Malaysian accounts are blocked at the moment, is it possible to withdraw my coins through a bank account in Singapore?

Hi, Unfortunately this won't be an option sad.gif We will update regarding this issue on the status page!

Luno's support is useless. Slow in response in general.

It is past event and not applicable to re-mention again.

In pertaining to the tax matter that currently Luno is having, may I know who is your secretary and tax agents?

Did they remind you to do statutory submissions for annual returns related to secretary, audit and tax matters?

It is highly unlikely that IRB has the right to suspend your bank account provided you did not perform tax submissions for several years...

I believe this is the case until they have the right to do so.

the price on the exchange are controlled by investor, not by Luno..
