Hi, I registered for VIP 5 unifi last time at the price of RM 149 without GST, it came with hypptv and set-top-box (STB), cordless phone and free call to fixed line. Then it got upgraded for free to VIP 10.

What i want to ask is my VIP 10 the same as UniFi Lite 10Mbps, with the difference being only no free call to fixed line and the price difference is RM 20?

Cuz the name is not the same, I get confused, haha

new registration of unifi lite 10mbps is rm149 with free voice also. optional to remove voice pack rm20.

essentially same for both. since u need voice. then no difference compared to vip5 price.

My Unifi lite line using VDSL(Copper) instead of fiber. Can I upgrade to Unifi 30 Mbps? Anyone here on VDSL successfully upgrades the speed to 30Mbps?

I'm still thinking whether I need to upgrade my unifi lite to 30mbps or wait until next year, hopefully they will give me free upgrade. LOL

Just got call from TM just now for confirmation tomorrow the installer will come to my house with new modem, router and hypptv stb. My application for upgrade from unifi lite 129 to unifi 30 bonanza 139 is successfull. 😊😊😊

Streamyx Bonanza Campaign remove from system this morning.....ended story. No more RM68 / RM83 / RM88 / RM89 package.

How is it possible that some of us here are able to upgrade from unifi lite 10 mbps to unifi bonanza 30Mbps?

I just came back from TMPoint requesting to be upgraded but the lady at the counter is unable to help me as she can't upgrade my 10mbps lite account to 30mbps bonanza through their system.

This is frustrating

err I thought they won't give new modem and router?

is the TM random choice again who the customer are lite 10plan,can upgrade to 30 bonanza...?many off us just use that lite 10plan one month only also cant upgrade...

Now seldom got ppl wanna call using home line. Mostly use handphone with unlimited calls. Difference is your package VIP 10 got STB while unifi lite dun have. Just only can use HyppTV Everywhere lousy app with lousy channels where no one interested to watch at all. Lousy TM.

Streamyx and Unifi two different entity isnt it? U gonna terminate ur Unifi to enjoy Streamyx Bonanza 30Mbps got meh? i thought Bonanza Streamyx only up to 8Mbps?

Anyway, is there anyway to check whether my VIP10 has any contract to it? I can only see service start date which is 27 Jun, 2016 from my unifi account.

Regarding unifi lite 10mbps, when the contract of 2 yrs ends, will they ask u to renew it or can u still pay to use without any contract?

Haha, my mom wants to use it to call back to Penang to her mother, and my grandma often calls my hse to talk to they also subcribe to unifi. Ya HyppTV has other channels but i dont even watch it, just that my father uses it to watch the normal basic tv channels such as TV 7 or 8 when he comes home, and HyppTV's TV7/8 are clearer than the normal one, if I can somehow make the normal TV7/8 channels as clear as HyppTV, then maybe i will ask my mom to cancel HyppTV lol, but i wonder if TM will let me to cancel HyppTV as that is part of VIP 5 package.

If I subcribe for unifi lite 10mbps, and i want a STB, they still can allow one right? just need to pay more money during first month right since STB price is accounted in it?
