Was very interested with Unifi Lite RM129 package and had already registered with TMPoint last week but this evening got call from TMPoint and they informed me that this package is no longer available in their system.

Told me only the RM149 package is available now. So a bit confused. Are they genuinely already stop this RM129 package or are they merely want me to sign up for the pricier RM149 package. Currently using Streamyx 8Mbps @RM140/month (excluding GST) so this might be the reason. Don't want me to pay less to them but got higher speed.

Told them I'm not interested and want only the RM129 package. Straight away told me that they will check once again and get back to me later but haven't heard from them since then.

I don't think this list is accurate. We do have webe here in Langkawi but there is no Langkawi in the list. Btw, just got my Unifi Lite package since last Friday after being a Streamyx customer for almost 10 years. 1Mb -> 4Mb -> 8Mb

Been trying to re-register with this new TM unifi.com.my website. Got the SMS but got this error at the end. Twice already and I don't know why

Success with the registration. It was failed before because the password that I choose is wrong. It require uppercase, lowercase and number. I put all that but I also include a symbol & during that process, the page didn't inform or prompt me of the error, it just proceed even after I key in the password the 2nd time. So I thought the password was accepted by the system.

I did communicate with one of senior TM staff at my local TMPoint and that person said current 10Mbps Lite user is eligible to upgrade to 30Mbps @RM139/month. I was asked to submit my details to this person so they can process the upgrade for me.

Hopefully this information is correct and is open/eligible throughout the nation

How is it possible that some of us here are able to upgrade from unifi lite 10 mbps to unifi bonanza 30Mbps?

I just came back from TMPoint requesting to be upgraded but the lady at the counter is unable to help me as she can't upgrade my 10mbps lite account to 30mbps bonanza through their system.

This is frustrating

I never said that it is Streamyx Bonanza 30Mbps. U may have misread it.

1) Went to TMPoint and ask them about the upgrade from 10Mbps Lite to 30Mbps, they check and said I'm not eligible

2) Called 100 and ask for the same upgrade package, same answer and I'm not eligible

3) Personally contact TMPoint manager and asked for the upgrade, promise to check for me but until now still no progress

I'm not the lucky one
