exactly.

TM is putting there to protect them, if in future they want to implement throttling (which happened few years ago but then scrapped the idea), they have these information already published to the public.

there is no solid reason for customer to complaint because the "quota" already been published, just that they havent enforced FUP aka throttling.

I cant register for my Tm Rewards. It says my number has been registered before. Anybody has any ideas how to go about this?

Your number is the recycle one (someone used & terminated). TM rewards side require 7 days to sort up or update that number detail. Try to login again after a week time.

I know what u r going thru. It's a very messy system. The staff at TM Point sorted out the Rewards issue for me.

And now I'll have to go back to Tm Point to sort out my final Streamyx bill. They credited me with half month's fee instead of charging me for the usage till my Unifi Lite was activated, and are also refunding my deposit. Dunno why they couldn't just transfer my deposit to my Unifi account...or Unifi doesn't require a deposit?? It's all very weird, but at least they're VERY consistent with the convoluted messiness. Sigh.

The TM unifi admin system dont link each other with TM Rewards system. Only you need to inform them (TM Rewards), then they will start doing work.

sweat.gif Received SMS that I can redeem the phone through TM Point but unfortunately they only work on weekdays. I see there is postage available, but there is no option in TM reward website.

Just tried yesterday. So I think its tmpoint then. I need to convert my old number to my unifi account too.

they have many systems. streamyx billing system is different and separate from unifi's.

from our view, transfer the deposit would be easy, but system cant do that easily/seamlessly.

Worst is the staff from different tm points and the staff from the call centre gives different information to the customer making things even more confusing. rclxub.gif

you can go Quill City Mall near Jalan Sultan Ismail, KL , TM Point, not crowded, not queue. They open on Sunday as well
I have been, to solve my billing issue after upgraded from streaymx to Unifi, very good services biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
